Returns & Exchanges

Return Policies:
First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. Most merchandise may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery for items purchased through our website. Items purchased in a Zest it Up “pop up” store, may be returned for store credit only. Product must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at hello@zestitup.com to obtain a return slip. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Please include the original packing slip with your return. It is recommended that you purchase insurance at check out, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. Once we receive the package, we will credit the original form of payment within five business days. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received this information. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that reach the Zest it Up warehouse damaged. Requested refunds over $400 will be given as store credit.

Non-returnable Items:
Items that cannot be returned include sale items, seasonal items, nose rings, custom made and special order items or anything damaged through normal wear and tear. We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at shop.zestitup.com.

Exchange Policies:
Merchandise can be exchanged if returned in salable condition within 14 days of the ship date, accompanied by the exchange slip. To receive an exchange slip email us at hello@zestitup.com. When requesting an exchange slip, please include your name, order number, and a detailed note of why you are requesting an exchange of store credit as well as the new color/size/style you are requesting. Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of select apparel items. Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges. Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.

Order Cancellation & Changing Address:
Please email hello@zestitup.com if you wish to cancel your order. Orders may only be canceled or altered before 3pm. After 3pm, your order may have been processed and in route to you, and it can no longer be cancelled or edited. If order has already been shipped, see returns section above. Sale items are an exception and cannot be canceled after the order is placed.

Damages & Defects:
If we made a mistake, we’ll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. And don’t worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 3 business days of delivery will not be processed. Damage returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us at hello@zestitup.com to obtain a damage return slip. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.

Please include the following with your damage return:
-original packing slip
-damaged product
-original packaging (even if damaged)

Sales Tax:
8.00% sales tax will be charged to orders billed within California.

Lost Packages:
We ship via FedEx for larger orders and USPS for smaller orders. Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they have left the Zest it Up warehouse. Once the mail carriers have hold of the package, we are not responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen. We strongly suggest that you purchase insurance at check-out to ensure successful delivery.
